PUBLIC NOTICE: SPECIAL MEETING

The Belvidere Township Board will hold a special meeting May 23, 2024, 6 PM at the Belvidere Township Office.

This special meeting is to discuss: Campground: to include employees, WIFI, lending of row boat to campers, bingo, and other items I may have missed.  New IT contractor, treasurer to work out of the township office, PO Boxes, cemetery-potter field/indigent burials, passing funding for the CATO Township Airboat, additional funding for up to 2 hours monthly for continuing financial records training for the clerk, public comments for upcoming meetings

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open

Meetings Act,) MCLA 41.72.A (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA.)

The Belvidere Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids

and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed

materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the

meeting or public hearing upon 10 days notice to the Belvidere Township Board.
